Spot On

Meet Spot On! This 2 or 3 year old Chihuahua Terrier mix is currently up for adoption through Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota. Despite being the sweetest dog ever, Spot On was a little camera shy. My general routine for taking photos with pups typically involves a nice leisurely walk to get them acquainted with me and the camera. It took a miracle (and some 300 photo attempts) to get the images you see below. All he wanted to do was be near me which made it difficult to get a good, in-focus picture. At one point he even cuddled up under my legs which, although quite adorable, did not help for taking photos. At the same time, he was almost always looking in the other direction, despite me and all my innovative and bizarre attempts to get his attention. If you had been an onlooker in the park, you would have definitely thought I was crazy. Nevertheless, this pup’s a sweetheart and I definitely learned that in our short time together.

Introducing Pinky, the newest arrival at Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota! Pinky’s a 3 year old Scottish Terrier looking for someone to love. She has a versatile personality…so basically whatever you’re doing she’d love to join. A couple of weekends ago, we got to hang out and take photos. Together, we leisurely strolled through the park and spent time basking in beautiful spring-like weather. All I can say is what a great pup. Whoever adopts her will not regret it. Please help share her story and get this girl a home! Pinky’s Story

Took some pictures of the sweetest pup, Milo, this weekend. He’s an amazingly beautiful black and tan Miniature Pinscher up for adoption at Small Dog Rescue of Minnesota. All I can say is this guy won’t be there for long…he’s super sweet, obedient, a great walker and model! Any person would be lucky to have this pup!
